Shipping Policy

Your item is specially made for you & will ship within 1-5 business days (usually about 3). Sometimes items are in stock and will ship immediately. If you need something quickly or are concerned about turn around time, contact me & I'll be happy to help.

All custom order items (including Fertility Jewelry) have a 7-10 business day turn around. Please keep this in mind when ordering and select the appropriate method of shipping at checkout.

If you ordered a scarf, these are printed by a 3rd party printer and shipped directly to you. It takes up to 5 business days for your order to ship & up to 10 days for your order to be delivered after it ships. Please keep this in mind when purchasing & allow extra time for your order to arrive.

All orders ship with a trackable method via your choice of provider, either USPS or UPS.

For orders over $99 US dollars, I offer FREE shipping within the US via standard USPS first class package mail (value not to exceed $10, delivery dates not guaranteed)

I ship domestic and international. For any issues/questions email info@ReviveJewelry.com or call 310-844-1958.

Once an order leaves my studio, it is the sole responsibility of USPS or UPS to deliver it in the time frame you've chosen for shipping. I do not have control over how long it takes USPS or UPS to deliver packages. Due to COVID, UPS has stopped guaranteeing delivery dates. USPS has also recently increased the amount of delivery time for first class packages. Please take this into account when choosing your shipping method. That said, I'm happy to help you track a package or get in touch with USPS or UPS to find your shipment, but I cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays as it is out of my control. Under no circumstances will shipping costs paid by the customer be refunded due to carrier delays or other unforeseen issues.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! If you’re located outside of the US and you’d like to purchase, our store is set up for international check out. The same shipping parameters apply as with domestic shipping (see above). If you have any issues, simply email us at info@ReviveJewelry.com and let us know. We’re happy to help or take your order!

Please note that I do not collect import taxes, duties or fees. All import duties, taxes & fees are the responsibility of the receiver. No returned packages will be accepted for refund under any circumstances. Check with your local shipping provider for more information on import duties before making your purchase. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have about this, but I just do not have answers for all countries :)

Shop Pay

How it works

  1. Add items to your cart (or shopping bag).
  2. Check out with Shop Pay.
  3. Choose to pay in 4 installments.

Your first payment is either due at checkout or 2 weeks after your purchase. The next 3 remaining installments are automatically charged to your card saved on Shop Pay every 2 weeks. Don't worry, you'll get an email reminder before each payment to remind you.

Are there late fees?

No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.

What is the option to pay in installments on Shop Pay?

When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, biweekly installment payments—with 0% interest, no hidden or late fees, and no impact on your credit score.* In some instances, your first payment is due when you make your purchase; otherwise, your first payment is due 2 weeks after your purchase.

What if I make a return on a purchase made through Installments with Shop Pay?

If your refund amount is less than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect one or both of the following:

  • A smaller payment balance on the final payment
  • Less future payments on the remaining loan balance

If your refund amount is more than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect to receive the difference as a refund to your original debit card or credit card payment method within 3 to 10 business days.

Which payment methods are accepted if I use the option to pay Installments on Shop Pay?

The installments option on Shop Pay is available on debit and credit cards.

How do you care for the jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking like new store it in a dry, enclosed space. A zipper bag is a great way to keep outside air from tarnishing your jewelry.

Always take your jewelry off before going near water, including swimming, showering or even exercising. Make sure to apply all lotions and perfumes before putting on your jewelry.

For Sterling Silver:

Clean with a dry polishing cloth. Some silver cleaners may be used if a cloth doesn’t work, but always take care not to submerge stones.

For 14k Gold Filled:

Clean with a dry polishing cloth. If a cloth doesn’t work, you can use a mild soap and water combination with a toothbrush to remove tarnish. Take care not to damage any stones.

What metal do you use?

All of our designs are made of sterling silver and 14k gold filled components. Some of the pendants are plated in 14k gold. All of our jewelry is hypoallergenic, so you won’t find any nickel, copper or lead here!

The one exception to this is the Awareness Hair Pins. These are rhodium plated brass.

What are the pendants made of?

Everything is created for you by me using unique cell image pendants paired with semi-precious stones, sterling silver & 14k gold filled metals and jewelry tools, like pliers & even a torch for my soldered pieces. Here’s how the process works:

I use cell images to create my pendants in 2 different ways. For the first, I select an interesting portion of the image, cut it out and set it in a bezel under resin. In the second process, I use the same cell image and digitally draw on top of it with special software to create a 3D model that is then cast in metal. Once I have the castings or resin image pendants completed, I design and build the pieces around them by adding in semi-precious stones, crystals and chains.

Want to know more about how my pendant creation process works? Check out my behind the scenes video, Design Process.

Where does the donation go?

That depends on the piece you purchase. Each cause has a unique charity partner that is dedicated to finding cures, better treatments, and providing patient education & support for that specific cause. You’ll find information about which charity your donation is going to in the description of each piece. You can read more information on all of our charity partners here

How do you find your charity partners?

Transparency in non-profits is required by law and allows us to see where their funds are allocated. We use charity navigator, which is a website that aggregates all the public information charities must provide the public in to an easy to digest charity profile. We use this information to choose the charities that devote most of their funding back to research, programs and support for patients. If you’d like to check it out for yourself, here’s the link: https://www.charitynavigator.org/

Where do your images come from?

All of our cell images are common use files sourced from reputable sources such as scientific journals and researchers.

How did you come up with this idea?

I first started using cell images as the basis of my designs in college. I needed inspiration for a project and stumbled across a microscopic image of the H1N1 virus. I used the disease’s outline to create a brooch that gained rave reviews & I was hooked on this concept.

While I was in college my brother was diagnosed with Lupus- an incredibly painful, auto-immune disease with no known cause or cure.

Shortly after that, my grandpa, who was like a father to me, was diagnosed with stage IV Lung Cancer. He passed away within a month.

I was left feeling empty and powerless, I wanted to heal them, myself and my family. But what could I do- I’m just one person. And then, a light bulb went on; If we all get together, to rally behind this cause, we can start a movement toward positive change for the future. A movement that uses these diseases to take our power back from them and raise money for research toward a cure.

My pieces are more than just jewelry; they’re hope, strength, awareness, charity & cures. 10% of every purchase goes straight to research for cures.
